It became known about the completion of tests of the Russian “Tick”

RIA Novosti: factory tests of the UMP “Klesh” are completed created as part of the development work “Tick”. This became known to RIA Novosti from a source in the military-industrial complex.

At the moment, the car is being prepared for state tests. According to one of the sources, “Klesh-G” is capable of setting minefields, which can detain entire enemy units, as well as block it due to the speed of mining.

“Kleshch-G” was created on the chassis of the T- 72 and is equipped with nine launchers that hold 270 mine cartridges. One vehicle can deliver minefields of 1,080 POM-2 anti-personnel mines or 270 PTM-4 anti-tank mines.

Earlier it was reported that the Russian military had completed tests of the system for setting intelligent minefields, which consists of an automated control system (ACS), which transfers commands to combat vehicles ISDM “Agriculture” and UMZ-K “Klesh”. Testing of the mining complex took place as part of the exercises at the Mulino training ground.
