German Cabinet of Ministers: Germany considers it necessary to negotiate with Lukashenko to help migrants 
The German government refused to recognize the legitimacy of Alexander Lukashenko as President fit negotiations with him to assist migrants. This was stated by the official representative of the German Cabinet of Ministers Steffen Seibert, TASS reports.
According to him, contacts with Minsk are necessary to “improve the alarming humanitarian situation for thousands of people.”
