According to the interlocutor, the Russian was with his family in Egypt from 5 to 15 November on vacation. In a house in the Moscow region, next to the deputy director of Mosoblgaz, his wife and two five-year-old children were found unconscious.
The source noted that the spouse and children of the Russian were taken to the hospital. Police officers are working at the site of the death of the company's top manager.
During a search in the house of the deceased, they found empty bottles containing strong alcohol and a hookah. It is assumed that the family could have been poisoned by the product that they brought from abroad.
Earlier on Sunday, November 7, the former Russian Energy Minister Sergei Shmatko died. The 55-year-old politician was hospitalized with coronavirus – he died in intensive care. Shmatko headed the Ministry of Energy from 2008 to 2012.
