A case was opened against the Russian for the smuggling of military gas masks

A resident of Sevastopol became a defendant in the case of smuggling military gas masks to France abroad. Interfax was informed about this by the press service of the southern operational customs.

The investigation is being conducted under article 226.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Illegal movement of weapons across the customs border”). The Kommersant became a defendant in the case after two sets of flight gas mask filter boxes were found in the Moscow-Sheremetyevo post office, which were sent to France.

During the investigation, it was established that the Sevastopol countries military products under the guise of civilian goods.
