Deputy of the State Duma Belik: Kiev's study of scenarios for a war with the Russian Federation is aimed at siphoning money 
pumping money out of the country's budget. So to the words of a freelance adviser to the head of the office of the President of Ukraine, Oleksiy Arestovich, a member of the State Duma's international affairs committee Dmitry Belik responded to the RT TV channel.
According to him, “Kiev will not wait for any aggression” – this was demonstrated by the events of the last seven years. in addition, this is proved by the restrained and “peaceful policy of our state.”
The State Duma deputy added that Arestovich is one of the most scandalous defendants of the Ukrainian political elite. He, according to Belik, needs attention, made on cheap PR, like “a war with Russia that has set the teeth on edge.” … For this, the country's authorities have prepared nine possible scenarios for a war with Russia. According to him, the war can take the path of escalation and acquire, for example, the appearance of a full-scale conflict.
