awards. They can also count on benefits at fitness clubs and wellness centers. This method of encouraging Russians was suggested by the deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on Health Protection Alexei Kurinny in a conversation with the radio station Moscow Says.

According to him, it is unacceptable to discriminate against unvaccinated residents of Russia; “It is the incentive for vaccination, and not the restriction of the rights of citizens, should be in the first place – whether it is payments for the fact that a person is vaccinated, whether it is some kind of discounts when buying goods, whether it is additional opportunities for vaccinated people without restricting the rights of others,” – emphasized Kurinny.

He noted that each subject must decide for himself on the priority of rewards, depending on the characteristics of the population and the level of income of residents.

Earlier it became known that the Russian congressmen conceived of vaccination from COVID-19 to the national immunization schedule. It is noted that the bill may be considered in the second and third readings before the end of the year.
