Avito: Russians want to receive 30 thousand rubles in addition to their salary

Most Russians (about 70 percent) lack their current salaries, 55 percent have not received a salary increase over the past year, according to a survey by Avito and GigAnt (available to Lenta.ru).

Another 37 percent received a slight increase at work (in the amount of less than 10 percent of the monthly salary). More than a quarter of Russians named 30 thousand rubles as a desired increase in salary. This would be enough for them to live comfortably.

Residents of the country are looking for different options for solving financial problems, for example, trying to save money and want to cut costs (53 percent). At the same time, 37 percent of Russians consider part-time work to be the main way to improve material well-being. This is more popular than loans, additional workload or attempts to create your own business.

The respondents were also asked the question: “What area can you agree to do a part-time job?” Digital services (translations, copywriting, etc.) became the most popular answer (23 percent), followed by a part-time job in the field of beauty and health (16 percent of respondents).

At the same time, women are more likely to consider a part-time job in the field digital (30 percent), and among men the most popular option is renovation and construction (33 percent of the respondents). At the same time, 78 percent of residents of Moscow and St. Petersburg are ready to earn extra money, in smaller cities this figure reaches 89-91 percent.

It was previously reported that almost two-thirds of Russians (69 percent) are dissatisfied with their current income.
