The Kremlin and Minsk press services reported differently about the telephone conversation between Putin and Lukashenko
The network drew attention to the difference in press reports -services of Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko following their telephone conversation. The corresponding post appeared in the Telegram channel of the journalists of the Kremlin pool RIA Novosti.
Thus, the authors of the publication noticed that the results of the negotiations were reported in Minsk an hour and a half earlier. At the same time, the volume of the text was five sentences.
In turn, the Kremlin press service spoke about the conversation of the heads of state later, fitting the necessary information into two sentences.
Putin and Lukashenko phoned on Tuesday, November 16. During the conversation, the politicians discussed key issues on the bilateral agenda, including the situation with migrants near the Polish border, taking into account the negotiations of the Belarusian leader with the Acting German Chancellor Angela Merkel, joint actions to defend the Union State, as well as the exercises of Ukraine and the United States near the borders of Russia and in Black sea. In addition, the presidents discussed the schedule of future contacts.
The migration crisis on the border of Belarus with Poland and Lithuania escalated in November. Crowds of migrants have gathered near the cordons of the republics, some of them periodically make an attempt to break through to the territory of the European Union.
