Deputy Prime Minister Novak: Russia exports electricity to Kazakhstan on the terms of the companies
Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak announced that Russia will start exporting electricity to Kazakhstan. The terms of these supplies will later be determined by commercial companies, TASS reports.
“An agreement has been reached that such supplies of electricity will be, but commercial terms must be provided. The conditions will be worked out between commercial companies, “Novak emphasized.
According to the Russian Deputy Prime Minister, at a meeting with Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Askar Mamin on November 15, they discussed not only the possibility of supplying electricity, but also other issues of cooperation in the fuel and energy sector, including the oil and gas industry.
Earlier it was reported that Russia decided to save Kazakhstan from the energy crisis. Russian Inter RAO was going to launch commercial electricity supplies to Kazakhstan in November, where a collapse is predicted due to the development of cryptocurrency mining farms.
