Military expert Konovalov: Russia will provide military-diplomatic assistance to Armenia – diplomatic support. In a conversation with Lenta.ru, he noted that Moscow has accumulated quite a lot of experience in dealing with conflicts in the Caucasus, so the situation will be quickly resolved.
On November 16, Yerevan addressed Moscow with an appeal to protect the territorial integrity of Armenia in accordance with the previously concluded bilateral agreement between the countries. Armenian Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan recalled the Treaty of Friendship, Cooperation and Mutual Assistance, which was concluded in 1997 by the then Presidents of Russia and Armenia Boris Yeltsin and Levon Ter-Petrosyan.
