A case was opened in St. Petersburg over a dismembered body found in the river 
The dismembered body of a man was found on the embankment of the Smolenka River. This was reported to Lente.ru by the regional department of the Investigative Committee of Russia.
A bag with body fragments was tied to a trolley.
Investigators are working at the scene. The circumstances of the incident are established. A criminal case was initiated under Part 1 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Murder”).
Earlier, on November 2, it was reported that a burnt body was found in a cemetery in the village of Molchanovo in the Tomsk Region. Former federal judge Yuri Vasiliev was killed. The judge's robe lay next to the body. On October 30, Vasiliev left the car at a car wash, and then disappeared.
