Belarusian investigators will check information on the use of special equipment against refugees previously massively concentrated on the border of the two countries. This was reported by the press service of the department in the Telegram channel.
According to the UK, at the time of the use of flash-noise grenades and water cannons by Poland, the victims were also on the territory of Belarus, which is classified as violent actions against a sovereign state. Belarusian law enforcement officials noted that as a result of the actions of the Polish security forces, women and children were injured.
The Investigative Committee added that after examining the scene, investigators found traces of a chemical used in the use of water cannons. The workers will also conduct an examination of other objects seized from the scene of the incident.
