According to the ministry, Papikyan informed Shoigu about the situation on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border against the background of the aggravation of the situation. During the conversation, the head of the Armenian Defense Ministry pointed out that the actions of the Armed Forces (AF) of Azerbaijan grossly violate the provisions of the trilateral agreement of November 10, 2020.
