Rosreestr: in 10 months of 2021, mortgage issuance in Moscow increased by 29 percent 
From January to October 2021, more than 103 thousand mortgage agreements – analysts recorded a record figure. This is reported by Rosreestr.
According to the department, the indicator turned out to be 29 percent higher than the value for the same period in 2020, when 79.7 thousand contracts were concluded in the capital. The difference with the issuance of 2019 reached 43 percent – then slightly more than 72 thousand agreements were signed.
In October 2021, 10.6 thousand agreements on housing loans were registered in the capital. Compared to the data for the same period in 2020, the indicator decreased by 12 percent, but increased by 33 percent compared to October 2019.
In January, according to the Dom.RF development institute and the Frank consulting company RG, the Russians set a new mortgage record – then 96 thousand housing loans were issued in the country for a total of 265 billion rubles. Number of search results increased by 19 percent compared to 2020.
