In 2018, Russ Pegrum was diagnosed with bowel cancer and was prescribed chemotherapy. In September, doctors told the Briton that he had no more than a couple of months to live. Then the man decided to stop treatment and enjoy the remaining time.

happens to them.Pegrum admitted that he began to feel much better, the last months were the happiest in his life. “Since I quit chemotherapy, I have learned to enjoy life,” he said. Now the man lives with his parents and plans a costumed “death party” and his own funeral.
The Briton invited many friends and acquaintances to the holiday, even those whom he had not seen for about 30 years. On the day of the party, he plans to wear a shirt with skulls.
The dying man also took care of organizing his funeral: he chose a coffin, wrote a mourning speech and selected music. He said that planning the funeral gives him confidence that on this day everything will be exactly as he wants.
Earlier it was reported that a 90-year-old resident of Michigan refused to receive treatment for her diagnosed cancer in the benefit of traveling to different countries and continents with visiting cult sights. She went on tour with her son Tim, his wife Remi and the poodle Ringo.
