Cuba lifted travel restrictions for vaccinated Russians

From November 15, Cuba cancels PCR testing for entry into the country

From November 15, Cuba lifted entry restrictions for all vaccinated foreign tourists , including for the Russians. This is reported by RIA Novosti.

The popular beach country cancels PCR testing for tourists upon arrival in the country. Instead, travelers must provide a so-called “health passport” or an international certificate of vaccination against coronavirus with a drug recognized by Cuba (for example, “Sputnik V” or any other Russian-made medicine).

Unvaccinated tourists can present at the airport PCR test done no later than 72 hours before departure. It is noted that the easing of restrictions for tourists became possible thanks to the final vaccination campaign for the population of Cuba.

Earlier in November, Dmitry Gorin, vice-president of the Association of Tour Operators of Russia (ATOR), noted the “explosive demand” for foreign travel among Russians during the New Year holidays … At the same time, it was reported that the average check for winter stays this year will be higher.
