According to the material, the paths and platforms will be flooded with ice: the townspeople will have the opportunity to ride around the fountain, as well as between trees and flower beds. It is noted that the area of the ice rink is 3100 square meters, and the total length of all tracks is 800 meters.
It is noted that the first visitors will be able to get to the ice rink on November 19. On this day, a festive concert and an entertainment program with life-size puppets will be held there. Paid and free sessions will be organized at the skating rink.
Ticket sales for sessions have not yet started: according to the park administration, if by the appointed date the air temperature in the city becomes above zero and it snows, the sessions will be canceled that day. “It needs stable subzero temperatures for its operation,” said Andrey Larichev, head of the park's public relations department.
In September it became known that an indoor skating rink with artificial ice would be built in the village of Tatarstan. The future one-storey skating rink in the Alekseevskoye village should involve 50 people during training and 100 people during mass skating. Construction and installation works will begin on October 15, 2021 and will end on November 30, 2022.
