President of Ukraine Zelensky called on the US to impose sanctions on Nord Stream 2 
regarding the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline. He wrote about this on his Twitter.
According to the Ukrainian leader, “Europe's gas blackmail” must be stopped forever. At the same time, he thanked the US House of Representatives for including an amendment to the NDAA that would stop Nord Stream 2.
“We appeal to all friends of Ukraine and America in the US Senate to support such a norm and at the Senate level” , – wrote Zelensky.
Earlier it became known that Ukraine and the United States signed the Charter on Strategic Partnership. As the Ukrainian leader noted, it “strengthens friendship” and brings cooperation between Kiev and Washington to a new level. In addition, Zelensky thanked US President Joe Biden for his “iron support”.
