Russian President Vladimir Putin congratulated the winners and finalists of the Big Change and wished them new victories in life. The corresponding appeal was published on the Kremlin website.
“I sincerely congratulate the winners of the competition. You clearly showed yourself, your abilities, the best personal qualities, brilliantly coped with all the tasks. Well done! Of course, congratulations to all the finalists: you also achieved excellent results. Many of you were just a little short of the victory, but the more interesting it will be to fight for it next year. You have walked the way to the top with dignity, and I have no doubt that each of you was able to make sure: “Big Change” is much more than just a competition: it is a friendly team that unites hundreds of thousands of young people across the country, a real community of like-minded people, where they appreciate everyone, they help to believe in themselves, their strengths, to find their own path in life, “the president's congratulatory message reads.
He noted that Big Change is developing, including thanks to the ideas and suggestions of its participants. “So, new directions appear in the competition, regional teams are being created, and at the beginning of this year the volunteer action“ Good Saturday ”started.
