Vilfand: cold snap and snow is expected in Moscow from next week 
Scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center Roman Vilfand predicted the weather for the coming week. His words are quoted by the “National News Service” in the Telegram channel.
On Saturday and Sunday, the capital will be 3 degrees Celsius. From next week, from Monday to Wednesday, at night the thermometer will show 5 degrees below zero. Vilfand said that snow is expected in the capital if the weather is sunny.
“On Tuesday, it will be partly cloudy, and at night there will be intense cooling of the underlying surface, so on Tuesday it will be up to minus 9 degrees at night, and the daytime temperature will also be negative. from 0 to minus 3 degrees and no precipitation, “the forecaster told about the cold snap.
Earlier, the leading specialist of the Phobos center, Elena Volosyuk, predicted a mild winter of 2021-2022 for the Russians, but with a lot of precipitation in the form of snow. She noted that such conclusions can be drawn thanks to the latest calculations.
