In the city of Zhashkov, Cherkasy region of Ukraine, a classroom of one of the schools was decorated with a swastika. This became known from a publication on the website of the educational institution.
In Zhashkiv school # 2, they decided to talk about the event that the specialists of the local psychological service held within the framework of the All-Ukrainian week of countering bullying. According to the management of the institution, thanks to the past lesson, the students were able to increase the level of knowledge that will allow them to prevent abuse and violence.

In March, the Ukrainian Helsinki Human Rights Union created a database of hate symbols that are widely used in the country. In particular, the section with the symbols of movements supporting intolerance and discrimination includes the coat of arms of the Third Reich, the swastika, the SS emblem, the SS Galicia emblem, the Celtic cross, Kolovrat, as well as numeric combinations 14 and 88.
