According to the owner of the apartment, the realtor tried to make her guilty of breaking the contract and force her to pay a forfeit – he quietly turned on the recorder and started asking provocative questions. When the real estate agent refused to show her phone number with the entry, the woman decided to end the meeting and asked to return the keys to the apartment.
“He said he would not go anywhere and refused to give the keys to the apartment. His things were lying in the corridor, I decided to pick up the keys myself, took his backpack, we began to drag him from each other. A friend called a neighbor, the agent did not want to show in front of witnesses that he did not have the keys, ”said the St. Petersburg woman.
After the owner managed to get the keys, she threw the realtor's things out the door and kicked him out of the apartment. However, she later saw that the man was painting something on the door. “I wrote obscene words with spilled soup, which was in the discarded things. I say, wash, and he began to beat, ”the woman shared. Then the neighbors called an ambulance and the police – the owner of the apartment was taken to the hospital with suspicion of a broken nose, and the attacker was taken to the ward.
The real estate agent has another version of what happened – the Petersburg woman was the first to use physical force, and he had to defend himself and push her away. The man claims that the woman and her friend forcibly held him in the apartment, twisted his arms and tore his bag. The realtor denies all charges against him and is going to file a complaint with the police against his client.
