Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation: the rise in prices for winter diesel fuel is associated with the rush demand of traders

According to the department, since the beginning of November, about 34.5 thousand tons of winter grades of diesel fuel have been sold at exchange auctions per day on average, which is 50 percent exceeds the level of the same period of the pre-pandemic 2019.
