He noted that the Russian leader has repeatedly spoken about the high antibody titers that persist after the spring vaccination. “Re-vaccination against coronavirus will depend on the recommendations of doctors, since the safety of the president and his health is a top priority for those who are responsible for this,” a Kremlin official said.
Earlier on November 12, Putin, speaking online -the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Summit, allowed the emergence of new, more dangerous strains of coronavirus.
