Earlier it was reported that AvtoVAZ completely stopped production for one day due to the lack of electronic components, and workers are compensated for two-thirds of the average wage. Initially, this was reported by the trade union organization of the enterprise.
Later, a company representative clarified that the suspension of car assembly lines at AvtoVAZ due to the global crisis in the supply of electronic components occurs from time to time, but there is no talk of a complete cessation of production on November 12 goes. In addition, from November 15, as Vedomosti reported, AvtoVAZ intends to take control of the installation of additional equipment on Lada cars in order to take most of the profit from additional options.
