In the Trans-Baikal Territory, a 29-year-old woman stabbed her civil husband out of jealousy will appear before the court. This was reported on Friday, November 12, by the regional department of the Investigative Committee of Russia (TFR).
According to the investigation, on September 15, a 29-year-old resident of the village of Novoberezovskoye, who was in a state of alcoholic intoxication, quarreled with her civil spouse. The conflict escalated into a fight, and then the accused stabbed the 33-year-old man with a knife. The victim died on the spot from the received wound.
The woman was detained. The TFR opened and investigated a criminal case under Article 105 (“Murder”) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. Investigators have collected enough evidence of the accused's guilt. The prosecutor's office approved the indictment and sent the case to the court for consideration on the merits.
On November 2, it was reported that a Russian woman was detained in Bashkiria, who out of jealousy stabbed her friend who came to visit.
