The Ministry of Justice has included in the list of foreign agents one of the founders of the Russian LGBT Network, Kochetkov 
a foreign agent, Igor Kochetkov – one of the founders of the Russian LGBT Network (the Sphere Foundation, acting as the operator of the Russian LGBT Network, is recognized as a foreign agent) , according to the agency's website.
“On November 12, 2021, in pursuance of the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation, Igor Viktorovich Kochetkov was included in the register of foreign media performing the functions of a foreign agent,” the statement of the Ministry of Justice underlines.
Earlier, the Ministry of Justice admitted the movement “Russian LGBT Network” as a foreign agent. The organization was founded by Kochetkov in 2006, in 2008 he was elected chairman of the movement.
On November 10, the Ministry of Justice recognized the publication “Kak Inagent” as a foreign agent. It was created by three Russians, previously included in the register – Denis Kamalyagin, Sergey Markelov and Daria Apakhonchich.
