Ingush team won international radio communication competition

A team of radio amateurs from Ingushetia won international competitions This was announced in his Instagram account by the representative of the national team Khalid Tankiev.

“After the completion of the lengthy process of the work of the referee commission, the results of the international shortwave radio communication competition held in March 2021 were published on the website www.rdxc.org RDXC, organized by the Union of Radio Amateurs of Russia, “he said.

According to Tankiev, over 5 thousand people from 121 countries and 81 regions of Russia took part in the competition. A team from Ingushetia consisting of Tamerlan Malsagov R7QR, Dmitry Zhikharev RA9USU, Dmitry Guryanov RA3ATX, Mussa Hutiev UA6QB and Elena Boychenko RC5A won first place in one of the most difficult categories of participants “many operators – many transmitters”.

“ Since the beginning of these prestigious annual competitions in 1994, Ingushetia has been represented by single athletes only three times, the team's participation took place for the first time in the entire 28-year history of the competition, “Tankiev said.
