Former sanitary doctor of Russia: doctors who oppose vaccination should be deprived of their diplomas
Diplomas should be taken from doctors who oppose vaccination against coronavirus. Such a proposal was made by the former chief sanitary doctor of Russia, Gennady Onishchenko, reports News.ru.
He noted that such a punishment should be applied to persons who are not specialists in the medical field. Onishchenko is sure that incorrect statements about vaccination cannot be easily ignored.
“We need to deal with them [opponents of vaccination] very harshly,” the former chief sanitary doctor of Russia explained.
Previously, assistant Minister of Health Alexei Kuznetsov said that medical workers who oppose vaccination against coronavirus and disseminate incorrect information endanger the lives of citizens.
He explained that the head of the Ministry of Health, responding to the MPs' proposal to amend the legislation, including in the Criminal Code, stated that this is not required, since all the necessary measures of responsibility are provided for by applicable laws.
