Speaker of the Federation Council Matvienko: Amendments to the law on a unified system of public authority are being prepared 
authorities. This was stated by the chairman of the Federation Council Valentina Matvienko, her words are quoted by TASS.
Matvienko expressed confidence that the Federation Council will support the draft law. Amendments to the bill are necessary in order for it to become legally correct.
“The law is very useful and necessary, we have been working with the State Duma from” zero “reading, there is an active discussion in society,” Matvienko said.
Earlier it was reported that the Russian government supported a bill on regional power, which defines the powers of the subjects, and also lifts the ban for governors to be elected for more than two terms in a row.
