The Museum of Fine Arts in Kazan will host a digital exhibition “Weightless” … This was reported by IA “Tatar-inform” with reference to the press service of the Museum of Fine Arts.
The opening of the exhibition of digital visual art will take place on November 13 in one of the branches of the institution. Screenings will run until November 28, and the duration of each will be about an hour and a half. It is noted that the project will acquaint citizens of Kazan and guests of the city with the works of Tatarstan digital artists and their creations, created and projected thanks to computer technologies on the surface of the walls of two halls of the gallery.
Products of modern video art will be broadcast in the small VR hall. The event will also feature live audio accompaniment. “The concert of classical music is scheduled for November 19, electronic – for November 26,” the press service of the museum specified.
It is known that the idea of the exhibition belongs to the young Kazan studio Abau. At the upcoming exposition, its participants will present a new installation “Kara urman” (“dark forest”), which will draw visitors into the world of mythical creatures of the Tatar people.
Earlier it was reported that the Kazan Museum named after Maxim Gorky and Fyodor Shalyapin 10 November the exhibition “Secrets of the History of Hungary and Tatarstan” will take place. The event will take place as part of the All-Russian action “Night of the Arts” and will last until December 10.
