Mansion Global: renting the house of fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld will cost at least 15 thousand euros
In the French commune of Roquebrune-Cap-Martin which belonged to the late German fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld. The cost of living in a house depends on the time of year, according to Mansion Global.
Rent for a day will cost from 15 thousand (over 1.2 million rubles) to 45 thousand euros (more than 3.6 million rubles). The minimum booking period is a week. The object was erected in 1902, during the Second World War it was used as an observation deck. Lagerfeld purchased the mansion in 1988 and owned it until the end of the 1990s.
The former residence of the fashion designer is called La Vigie, which means “Hours” in French. The house can comfortably accommodate 12 guests and has six bedrooms, four bathrooms, a billiard room, a dressing room, a study and a spacious terrace. Rooms offer views of the Mediterranean Sea. The interior used white, purple, orange and green shades.
In August 2021, a mansion that once belonged to designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana was put up for sale in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin. For a three-storey villa on the Cote d'Azur, they asked for 17 million euros (at that time, 1.5 billion rubles).
