Participation in the award will be a way to bring them into the orbit of wide recognition, give them the opportunity to declare their work and achievements, popularize fresh ideas in various creative industries, and inspire new achievements. Ultimately, as I see it, the prize should become an incentive for the systemic development of the entire Russian creative economy: personal support of talented people, selected by professional guild members, in this case is equivalent to support of the enormous creative potential of all of Russia, “said the executive director of the Moscow Museum of Modern Arts, Vice-President of the Russian Academy of Arts Vasily Tsereteli.
The ceremony of presenting the first national prize in the field of creative industries in Russia will take place on December 18 at Zaryadye. Based on the results of the award, a special collection “Russian Creative Awards: the best among equals” will be published.
