four million “the right solution.” This was reported to “Lente.ru” on Tuesday, November 9, in the press service of the Investigative Committee of Russia (TFR).

According to the department, against the judge of the Shpakovsky District Court of the Stavropol Territory, Yevgeny Gladskikh, criminal cases have been initiated on Articles 30 (“Preparation for a crime and attempted crime”) and 159 (“Fraud”) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

Gladskikh promised the defendant that for four million rubles he would help him get the lightest punishment for the crimes committed. The defendant's case was heard in the Nevinnomyssk City Court.

At the same time, the judge did not have time to spend the money – he was caught red-handed by officers of the regional FSB while receiving the sum.

The investigation is investigating whether this episode was isolated in career as a judge.
