Earlier, realtors named the districts of old Moscow, in which they recorded the most noticeable increase in housing prices in new houses. By September 2021, apartments have risen the most in new buildings in Maryina Roshcha, Sviblovo and Kuntsevo. The average price per square meter then settled at around 322.6 thousand rubles.
