Izvestia: the Cabinet of Ministers supported the law on fines for comparing the USSR and Nazi Germany Code of Administrative Offenses) of the new article 13.47 on fines for comparing the actions of the USSR and Germany during World War II, as well as for denying the decisive role in the victory over fascism of the Soviet people.
