Since November 8, Russia has changed the form of the COVID-19 vaccination certificate
coronavirus, medical contraindications to it or a previous illness. The corresponding order of the Ministry of Health has been published on the official Internet portal of legal information.
The document will be available in two languages - Russian and English. You can get a certificate in both paper and electronic form. To obtain a paper version, you must visit the MFC. An electronic file will be generated on the public services portal no later than three days after the completion of vaccination. Certificates containing information about the vaccinations received or the transferred infection, which were received before this date, will be renewed automatically until March 1, 2022.
New section
The new certificate will contain detailed information about its owner: last name, first name, patronymic, date of birth, gender, address of residence of the Russian and the date the document was issued. In addition to passport data, the document will indicate SNILS and OMS policy. It will also reflect data on vaccinations and revaccinations.

In addition, the document provides a section for indicating information on the presence of medical contraindications to vaccination. It will reflect the type of contraindications (temporary or permanent), the period for which they are established, as well as the name of the medical organization that made the appropriate decision.
Standardization against counterfeiting
The new form of the certificate will become uniform and mandatory throughout the country. As the court lawyer Vasily Vorobyov explained, the creation of a unified form is necessary only for standardization and exclusion of cases of document forgeries. He noted that a person needs such a certificate more than law enforcement agencies. At the same time, Vorobyov stressed that the information contained in this document, nevertheless, refers to confidential.
Such data can be requested by the authorities only by a court decision. If an administrative case is underway against a person and law enforcement agencies doubt the authenticity of the certificate, they have the right to request this certificate to be provided through the court

In October, Alexander Gintsburg, director of the Gamaleya National Research Center for Epidemiology and Microbiology, said that about 80 percent of COVID-19 patients who claim to be vaccinated bought a vaccination document.
As in other countries
Vaccination passport ( QR code) is also required to travel around the world. In addition, in many countries it is required to provide such a document for visiting catering places, shopping centers and various events. For example, in France, health passes must be provided for restaurants, concerts, performances, festivals, train travel and domestic air travel. From November 8 in Austria, visiting cafes and restaurants, hairdressers, as well as tourist attractions and social events will be able only to those who have been vaccinated and who have recovered from the disease upon presentation of the appropriate certificate.
In addition, in September Italy became the first country in Europe where everyone employees of private companies and government agencies will be obliged to obtain a Green Pass (registered fact of vaccination with a vaccine approved by WHO; Russian vaccines are not currently approved by WHO).
