From November 8, the Japanese authorities will allow entry to holders of work and business visas foreign citizens. This is reported on the website of the State Embassy in Russia.
So, since November 8, Japan has allowed entry for foreigners traveling to the country for work purposes (holders of Certificate of Eligibility certificates), for a business trip or cultural exchange. In this case, you must have an authorization document from the relevant competent ministry, which is prepared by the inviting party.
Those entering Japan for these purposes will need to have a vaccination certificate, a PCR test for a period of no more than 72 hours, and also go through a three-day quarantine upon arrival.
It is noted that visas are not issued for those traveling to Japan for tourist purposes or for the purpose of visiting friends.
Earlier in November, the Vietnamese authorities announced the opening dates for the republic's popular resorts among tourists. The Asian country plans to start receiving guests from November 20 in three stages according to the “sandbox” principle.
