The Knowledge Society held an all-Russian online marathon “Houses with Knowledge”
From October 30 to November 7, the Knowledge Society held the All-Russian online marathon “Houses with Knowledge”. Each day was dedicated to its own topic: history, science, IT, medicine, inclusiveness, there was also a day for schoolchildren and students, a game day and a day of national unity. 126 authoritative speakers took part in the marathon.
The marathon began with the day of history and fascinating lectures about the secrets of Ancient Russia, social and political movements in Russia in the second half of the 19th century and the place of our country in modern history.

“Not only infrastructure, but also the digital environment in Russia is not yet sufficiently inclusive and barrier-free for people with disabilities. This issue needs to be addressed both from an educational point of view – telling about people with disabilities in the media, and from the technical side, “- said the founder of LINKa Ivan Bakaidov.
President of the So-Unity charitable foundation Dmitry Polikanov took part in the discussion “Innovative inclusive technologies”.
“In recent years, a lot of guys have appeared who launch start-ups, and serious companies that develop inclusive technologies and help people with different types of disabilities live a full life, study, work, communicate. Today it has become a separate area, and we see how the interest of the market and the serious industry in it is changing, ”he noted.
November 1 became the day of medicine. Deputy Director of the Moscow Research Institute of Epidemiology and Microbiology named after V.I. G.N. Gabrichevsky Tatyana Ruzhentsova, Professor, Deputy Director for Clinical and Analytical Work of the Central Research Institute of Epidemiology of Rospotrebnadzor Natalya Pshenichnaya and the head of the Yekaterinburg Research Institute of Viral Infections of the State Scientific Center of Virology and Biotechnology “Vector” Alexander Semyonov discussed the importance of vaccination during the new wave of coronavirus .
There were also lectures on artificial intelligence, discussions and interviews about space, RNA matrix vaccines, neural networks, augmented reality. In addition, the participants were reminded who Kuzma Minin and Dmitry Pozharsky are, how the state was rebuilt after the time of troubles and what small peoples live in the country. We also discussed travel to the regions of Russia.
Speakers also talked about the prospects for online education, new approaches to learning and professions of the future, as well as discussed computer games and e-sports.
