Professor Hill: There is a culture war in the US that could escalate into a civil war 
civil. Jason Hill, professor of philosophy at De Paul University (Chicago, Illinois), made such an opportunity in an interview with Lenta.ru.
According to Hill, a black Jamaican, the problems of racism in America have now been resolved. However, in recent years, a part of society, represented by neo-Marxists and supporters of the Black Lives Matter (BLM) movement, have unleashed an active struggle against “white supremacy” and with the so-called white privileges. Since 2020, this struggle, in his opinion, has reached unprecedented proportions.

The professor called the actions of BLM supporters a desire to wipe white people off the face of the earth. “According to supporters of a critical racial theory, white babies are racist without even knowing it,” the professor explained the position of the BLM movement.
Hill considers the current state of affairs dangerous: freedoms are being destroyed in the country and obstacles are being created for the development of an entire generation of white Americans. Today, the rights of white people are undermined in promotions and social benefits. The professor believes that for the survival of Western civilization and a free society, such practices and ideas that justify them should be abandoned.
The Black Lives Matter movement in defense of the rights of African Americans appeared in 2013, and in 2020 became world famous at against the backdrop of loud protests in the United States after the murder of African American George Floyd by police. BLM members demand systemic changes and believe that Floyd's murder is linked to racist prejudices in society.
