It was assumed that the entire salary of a citizen is entirely set aside for the purchase of a house, and the income of the second working family member is spent on living.
It turned out that residents of the Kemerovo and Magadan regions can collect the required amount in less than four years, from four to five years citizens in the Jewish Autonomous Region, Kurgan and Arkhangelsk regions and the Komi Republic will save up. Five to six years will be enough for residents of the Khanty-Mansiysk District, Amur Region, Nenets District, Zabaikalsky District and Kamchatka. The listed regions can be called the best in terms of the availability of private residences.
The residents of Sevastopol have to save up for their own houses longer than others – almost 26 years. Residents of Krasnodar Territory, Chechnya, Kaliningrad Region, Dagestan and St. Petersburg will also have to wait for more than 20 years. In Moscow, you can save up for a private house in 18 years.
According to analysts, in three resort regions, prices for private houses have jumped up since the beginning of the year: in Sevastopol, Krasnodar Territory and Kaliningrad Region. At the same time, salaries there remained below the average in Russia, and therefore the accumulation period in these regions broke all records.
