Political scientist Solonnikov: the idea of transferring five regions of the Russian Federation to Ukraine is a sick fantasy

Solonnikov added that Kiev often nominates fantastic theories, altering the story in their own way. As an example, he cited statements that Alexander the Great and Christ were Ukrainians, and that they dug up ancient ukry in the Black Sea. According to the expert, the question of the belonging of the Russian regions to Ukraine is only the private opinion of the “science fiction writer.” He concluded that the official position of the Kiev authorities on the desire to return Crimea is much more serious, and Kraluk's idea is a drop in the ocean.
Previously, Kraluk published two articles in the newspaper Den, where he named five territories belonging to Russian regions , Ukrainian lands. According to Kralyuk, the Ukrainian regions under the USSR were “distributed” to other republics and Russified. We are talking about Starodubshchina and Eastern Slobozhanshchina. According to the writer, because of the separation of these lands, Ukrainians found themselves outside their homeland.
