Non-working days will not be extended in the Samara region after November 7 
In the Samara region, the non-working days will end after November 7. This was announced by the regional government, TASS reports.
They reported that the decision to end non-working days was made at a meeting of the regional headquarters chaired by Governor Dmitry Azarov.
Restrictions are also lifted in the Russian region. for those vaccinated against COVID-19 and those who have recovered from the disease over 60 years old – they should not observe self-isolation. At the same time, such a requirement remains for elderly people who are not vaccinated against coronavirus.
The work of all organizations will resume after November 7, but some of them can only be visited with a QR code. This applies to organizations in the sphere of culture and services, sports events, catering and grocery stores with an area of more than two thousand square meters.
The headquarters noted that the QR code can be obtained for citizens vaccinated against COVID-19, as well as for those who are who had been ill within the last 6 months or had a PCR test no later than 72 hours before the presentation of the electronic document.
Earlier, the authorities of Tatarstan announced that they plan to introduce a QR code system for public transport in two weeks … The government is also going to suspend the transport cards for people over 60
