Special presidential envoy on the issues of environmental activities, environment and transport Sergei Ivanov attended a seminar search engines “the Sky of the Motherland” in the Ryazan region and traveled to their field camp. Kolodkin was still alive, the others died: the Navigator Boris travel, air gunner Sergeant Boris Gromov and air gunner red army soldier Fyodor Sarmad.
The searchers arrived in the area to check this version. At the seminar “the Sky of the Motherland” gathered search engines from 15 regions of Russia. Executive Secretary Elena Sanaeva reported that, according to the archives, in the territory of the Ryazan region at least 30 airplane crashes, the crash site, many aircraft still not found, pilots still missing. The regional authorities promised to support the search engines. “The importance of this community work cannot be overemphasized. And from the point of view of Patriotic education of youth, young people work with more senior colleagues. (…) Secondly, is respecting the memory of dead soldiers”, — said acting Governor of the Ryazan region, Nikolai Lyubimov.
Ivanov noted that the last ten years he is trying to help the search engines. “Unfortunately, not raised fighters of the great Patriotic war is still very much and I am grateful to the search engines.
