MOSCOW, June 30. /TASS/. The Chairman of the CEC of the Russian Federation Ella Pamfilova does not exclude the abolition of the “municipal filter” in the gubernatorial election in the future, for it was expressed by all the participants of the first meeting of the working group on improving the electoral legislation under the presidential administration.
“On June 22nd we hosted a working group under the leadership of [the first Deputy head of the presidential administration] Sergei Kiriyenko, which launched a system work on the analysis and systematization of the electoral legislation”, – said the head of the CEC on Friday.
