Chudnovets requires 6 million rubles as compensation of moral harm in the case of repost
The lawsuit will be filed in court until the end of the week, announced the teacher.

The teacher of the Mound Eugene Chudnovets, previously convicted for a repost of the video with the abuse of a child and released after the sentence is repealed, filed a suit on compensation of moral harm for 6 million rubles. About it on Tuesday told the correspondent of TASS.

The district court Kataysk (Kurgan oblast) on November 8, 2016 Chudnovets recognized guilty of committing crime under article of the criminal code “Distribution of materials with pornographic images of minors” because she posted on the social network video, which mocked the young child in a children’s camp.
According to the defense educators, the purpose of Chudnovets was to draw attention to another case of child abuse. A court sentenced a teacher to six months in prison.
On appeal the public Prosecutor of the Kurgan region court reduced this period to five months, despite the prosecution’s request to replace Chudnovets punishment on another, not connected with imprisonment. On 13 January she was serving a sentence in women’s penal colony in Nizhny Tagil (Sverdlovsk region).
On 23 February, the Deputy Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation Leonid Korzhinek has asked the Supreme court to overturn the verdict Chudnovets. It was canceled in the Kurgan regional court on 6 March, the same day she was released from the women prison of Nizhny Tagil. Now Chudnovets protects the rights of convicted women.
