The man who arranged firing in the Moscow suburb of Kratovo, took refuge in the barn and used against the attackers build fighters Regardie explosive devices. About it the correspondent “Tapes.ru” has informed the official representative of the Moscow Department of the Investigative Committee Elena Fokina.
According to Fokina, the previously instituted criminal case under article 105 (“Murder”) added two more crime: article 222 of the criminal code (“Illegal acquisition, transfer, sale, storage, transportation or bearing of firearms, its basic parts, ammunition”) and article 317 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (“the Encroachment on life of employee of law enforcement body”).
Earlier it became known about death of one of the victims in the shooting. The woman died at the hospital. Her husband was taken to the same medical facility in critical condition, doctors are fighting for his life.
