Means of mass misinformation called CNN the foreign Minister of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov. He said that the media undermines its own reputation. The Minister thus commented on the information TV channel about the alleged involvement of Russian hackers in provoking a diplomatic scandal around Qatar.
According to him, CNN and some other media, is not worthy to wear this title. They are rather a means of mass disinformation. Just waiting for some of the history of “tainted” or scandal. And then, automatically, without any proof, is credited this episode in the category of sins of the Russian side, the Russian hackers or anyone else associated with the Russian Federation, reports TASS.
American TV channel CNN, citing sources in the US intelligence reported that Russian hackers gained access to the state news Agency of Qatar. They allegedly placed there fabricated news. It is, they say, partly provoked scandal and even the severance of diplomatic relations between that country and several other countries.
Peskov said that the Emir of Qatar Tamim bin Hamad al Thani, the theme of Russian hackers in yesterday’s telephone conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin is not affected.
