In the Duma introduced an amendment authorizing not to sell tickets to aviakerosin
MOSCOW, 8 Feb — RIA Novosti. State Duma deputies have submitted to the lower house of Parliament an amendment to the bill Avialeasing, which allows the carrier to not sell ticket airline citizen, included in the “black list”.
The authors of the amendments are the head of the state Duma committees on transport and construction Yevgeny Moskvichev, the state construction and legislation Pavel Krasheninnikov, on labor, social policy and veterans ‘ Affairs Yaroslav Nilov.
“In the cases provided by the Air code of the Russian Federation, the carrier or a person authorized by the carrier to conclude the contract of air carriage of the passenger is entitled to refuse the conclusion of contract of air carriage of the passenger to protect the rights and legitimate interests of individuals and organizations”, — stated in the text of the bill.
The authors clarify that the implementation of this rule need to amend the Civil code stipulating exceptions to the General rule about inadmissibility of refusal to conclude a public contract, i.e. buying a ticket.
On Wednesday the state Duma adopted in the second reading a bill introducing “black lists” of passengers-brawlers.
