The main problem of the Russian enterprises — the search for professionals in engineering field, told RIA Novosti the head of Rostrud Vsevolod Vukolov.
“[Enterprises] can’t find a specialist in the engineering industry, can’t find the right specialist in the field of the production unit. So, of course, from my point of view, it is necessary to pay attention to training specialists in the sphere of production”, — he said at the St Petersburg international economic forum (SPIEF-2017).
Vukolov noted that the main task now is to increase productivity. In this connection it is necessary to retrain people for those professions, which is difficult to find a job. This, in particular, economists and managers.
In April the Ministry of labor has listed the specialties that will be most in demand in 2017. Among the most popular professions: lawyers, doctors, IT employees and professionals in the field of construction, transport and industry. Employers were more likely to refuse sales person and expert in documents, as well as candidates for leadership positions in business structures.
